WHAT'S IN MY GYM BAG?

This is the list of everything I use personally for maximum performance, muscle and lasting results as a Natural Athlete.

No steroids, but also, no super fancy shit. My list is pretty bare bones:

I only use what is proven effective for muscle building, accessing nutrients, hormone stabilization, and muscle recovery.

First up, NOT A SUPPLEMENT BUT: My Headphone Covers. This is one of my favorite products I have ever found.

I used to destroy my earpads with sweat. Buy the sweat covers ONCE.. and they will save your headphones for LIFE.

They gave me a discount code for you guys. No, I do not receive commission. I just genuinely like this company and asked them for a discount.

Below are ALL the supplements I use. This is my personal stack.

PROTEIN

For a protein supplement, I use a Casein-Whey blend (a high quality protein, casein, blended with a lesser protein, the one everyone knows as whey)

WHEY PROTEIN

For POST WORKOUT, whey protein is totally fine, if not preferable (and they tend to taste better). Any whey will do, but I use strictly Chocolate or Vanilla flavors (the least additives possible)

CREATINE

Every bodybuilder uses creatine. This is non-negotiable.

BCAA/EAA

Another nearly non-negotiable supplement, BCAA/EAA (amino acids, the building blocks of muscle). Although it is argued you should get all these from your food…

I use these an added insurance to make sure that I do. And, they mask flavors of all the other supplements that go in my recovery drink.

TURKESTERONE

This one is HIGHLY DEBATED. It is said to be the closest supp you can take to a steroid-like enhancer and still be a NATTY.

All I know is it works as far as my productivity and ambition in the gym, which, results are results. It absolutely has an effect on me.

GLUTAMINE

This supplement makes the stomach/GI tract more absorbent, which is critical for…everything.

DIM

This supplement reduces excess “bad” estrogen. If you hold water easily or feel “soft”, it’s a good one to use.

DIGESTIVE ENZYMES

This one? BIG FAN. My life changed after I started taking digestive enzymes. No point in all the food you eat if you can’t break it down. Has done incredible things for my energy levels.

Note: If you eat well, sleep well, and still find you’re low energy…would bet your digestion is the culprit (or hormones).

LIFTING STRAPS

Yes, straps. Gloves are for sissies. Straps indicate a serious lifter. These are for heavy lifts and you will need to learn how to wrap them.

They minimize “slack” (physics), which enables to you literally pull MORE weight. I also just like to use them to stabilize my wrists for safety during heavy lifts.

That’s it.

No links for these, but these are some other products I use:

TUDCA
Gallbladder and Liver support, especially if calories are low. Many incredible benefits from this supplement.

ACV/Apple Cider Vinegar

Cloud Footwear

The boots I always wear. But they’ve been sold out for years…so I figured no point in listing them.

Gym clothes?

Thrift store. I don’t care.
