You will fill out a questionnaire. You will tell me your information and your goals, and I will take that information and write you the map to get there.
I will give you a one-time-blueprint-fully-charged-personalized-starter-kit.
I will tell you how you need to eat and train that is best for you.
No contracts, no commitment, no check-ins. I will give you everything you need to know and you can do with it what you will.
Are the plans expensive? Yes. Here’s why:
I am going to give you a LOT of information. It will be more than any other trainer will give you. I guarantee it.
I’m a Lifetime Natural athlete. 80% of the online physiques and trainers you see are achieved with the help of steroids or fat burners.
Me— I am writing plans for you as someone who has achieved an Olympian status physique, in 6 years, with NO DRUGS.
All material is written as if I’m talking to you in real life, just like I am now. No bullshit, no bells, no whistles, no silver lining.
In addition to your custom diet and workouts, I will send you:
A 50+ page document I wrote that you can refer to for most any questions, concerns or obstacles you will have. It is years’ worth of knowledge and experience compiled to help you understand how the entire process works. Topics in the document range from “how to drink a gallon of water a day” to “motivation” to “snack hacks” to “relationship advice”. Anything I thought could be of real life use, I put in there and had peer reviewed by another Olympian.
Shortcuts of common serving sizes. This way, you don’t have to do ANY thinking. No guesswork. No excuses. You can just plug and play. If your diet calls for 1 serving of fat and you want to use nuts as the fat source, the serving size list will tell you, in grams or ounces, how much that serving size of nuts should be.
“Cliff Notes” version of the larger document to make the information as accessible as possible.
Overall outline — the what, why, how of the process. That’s right. I’m not just going to write you a plan and expect you to do it without understanding why or how it works.
